Welcome to the Silver Ridge Homestead website. We're a small family homestead in Mendon, Utah. By using this site, you agree to these simple terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is for

This site shares who we are and what we grow and make: microgreens, baked goods, soaps, and lip balms. It's here to tell our story and help you get in touch.

No online sales

You can't buy anything on this website. There's no checkout and no payment here. Anything shown about our products is for information only and can change at any time. What's ready depends on the season and the week.

We aren't taking orders yet. When we are, everything will be arranged directly by email at silverridgehomestead@gmail.com, and an order will exist only once we've confirmed it with you directly by email, including the price, the quantity, and how and where you'll pick it up or receive it. We may decline or limit any request.

When available, our foods and products are sold only directly to you, within Utah, for your own personal or household use, and are not for resale. Please read our Disclaimer for important information about home-kitchen foods, allergens, and our soaps and lip balms.

Our photos and content

The photos, videos, writing, logo, and design on this site belong to Silver Ridge Homestead or are used with permission. Some of the background video is licensed stock footage. You're welcome to share a link to our site, but please don't copy our photos or text for your own website, products, or business without asking us first.

Using the site kindly

Please don't try to break, overload, or hack the site, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Links to other sites

We may link to our social media pages and other websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

The site "as is"

We work to keep things accurate, but this is a family website, and mistakes happen. The site is provided "as is," with no promise that it will always be available, error-free, or up to date.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Silver Ridge Homestead and our family are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses that come from using, or being unable to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Utah law that can't be waived.

Utah law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. If a dispute ever comes up, we'd much rather talk it through. If it can't be resolved that way, it will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Cache County, Utah.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
