Effective: October 2026

We love what we grow and make at Silver Ridge Homestead, and we want you to enjoy it safely. Here's the honest fine print, in plain words.

Our baked goods are homemade

Our breads and baked goods are made in our family's home kitchen in Mendon, Utah, under Utah's Home Consumption and Homemade Food Act.

Important notice: These homemade foods are not certified, licensed, regulated, or inspected by the state or any county or city. They are processed and prepared without state or local inspection, and they are not for resale.

In plain terms:

Allergens

Our baked goods are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame. Cross-contact is possible with anything we make. Please read each label. If you or someone you're feeding has a food allergy, ask us first. If in doubt, please don't eat it.

Microgreens

Our microgreens are fresh, raw produce grown on our homestead. Please keep them refrigerated, rinse them before eating, and enjoy them within a few days.

Soaps and lip balms

Our soaps and lip balms are small-batch products for external use only.

Nothing here is medical advice

Nothing on this website is medical, nutritional, or health advice. Please talk to your doctor about health questions, allergies, or skin conditions.
